If you need some practice time in obedience or agility, reserve your open ring time today. Thursday open ring time runs from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.!

Due to COVID, you’ll need to register in advance so we can limit the number of people at a given time. To try to accommodate everyone, we are expanding open ring by one hour, ending at 4:00 p.m. instead of 3:00 p.m. The cost is $5 per dog for members and $8 per dog for non-members. Dogs running agility must have at least 18 weeks of agility training and be able to safely handle contacts.

How it works: We have divided the ring time up into half-hour slots. When you register, choose the time slot that best fits your schedule. Ring time is still limited to 10 minutes per dog so everyone in that time slot can get a turn. You may use either the Annex or the Ring Room, or both, for 10 minutes. The annex is typically divided into two rings which can be used simultaneously, so we ask that your dog be able to work with other dogs nearby.

Weekend Agility Open Ring: Agility Open Ring is now available on select Fridays and Saturdays from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Advance registration is required and the same rules and COVID protocols apply. Our thanks to Jan Poole and Jo Schwietz for hosting these sessions. The first one is on Friday, November 6.
