DESCRIPTION:Searching Outdoors – Singles and Pairs\nThese single session classes are held at various locations in the Twin Cities metro area\, with goals of generalizing search behavior and understanding air flow outdoors. These classes are suitable for any dog searching for birch\, anise\, and clove. Each class will have 4 searches containing single hides or pairs of hides with a thorough discussion of the impact of airflow on the search. Searches may include containers\, exteriors\, and vehicles. \nCrating will be out of your car. Heavy rain or thunder will cancel class. Specific site information (parking locations\, additional considerations) will be provided upon registration. \nLimited to 4 students per session\, with a minimum of 2 required for a session. SUMMARY:Animal Talent Casting Call Fundraiser for TCOTC
DESCRIPTION:Does your pet have star potential? Would you like a fun way to support your club? Animal Talent Pool is holding a casting call fund raiser at TCOTC on Saturday\, July 20\, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Dogs should be friendly\, social\, brave\, and well trained\, and have a solid stay command. Photos will be taken of them in a sit\, down\, and stand position. You can also indicate any other talents your dog has\, such as tricks or fun behaviors. Your dog will then be added to Animal Talent Pool’s gallery of animal talent and may be chosen to appear in a print or television ad\, or another special project. \nCost is $10 for members and $15 for non-members. Other animals besides dogs (cats\, bunnies\, birds) are welcome. All animals must be leashed or crated. Sessions will take place in TCOTC’s Agility Annex. Funds support TCOTC and payment does not signify a commitment to use your animal in any commercial work. This is an opportunity showcase your pet’s unique talents and get registered on the Animal Talent Pool database. Getting a modeling or acting job is never a guarantee\, but a casting call will help put your pet up for consideration for future opportunities. \nREGISTER HERE.\nThree animals per 15-minute time slot. If you are bringing multiple animals please reserve a separate spot for each animal.
