TCOTC is looking to add more talent to our team! We’re hiring a Customer Service Manager and a Facility/Rental Manager to help TCOTC provide excellent service to our members and customers and, ultimately, to help us grow the club. Both positions are part-time and offer flexible, variable hours, though some evenings and weekends will be required. Both positions will report to and be supported by TCOTC’s Executive Director, and will also work closely with department heads, other staff, vendors and volunteers. The Customer Service Manager will oversee the training and scheduling of volunteer desk staff, manage class schedules and wait lists, track membership and class fill rates, engage members with volunteering and assist members and others with questions/inquiries, maintain club records, and assist with the timely, accurate and professional communication with club members, staff and the general public. The Facility/Rental Manager will oversee cleaning and maintenance of TCOTC’s building and equipment. The Facility/Rental Manager will also manage relationships with current and prospective renters, including negotiating contracts and maintaining the club’s rental calendar.
