In flyball, two teams of four dogs run a relay race against each other. The dogs must jump over hurdles, step on a flyball box, catch the ball that pops out and bring it back over the hurdles. It is fast, exciting and one of the few team sports for dogs. During tournaments, teams race for placements and dogs earn points toward their own titles.
Every October, the TCOTC High Spirits Flyball Team hosts a tournament as a fundraiser for the club. Flyball teams wishing to enter the tournament can visit the NAFA website to find more information.
The public is also welcome to come and watch, free of charge, between 8am and 5pm both days, but we ask that you leave your own dog at home
